Your website states a plan with 3,500 Tokens and that gives you "Up to 3,500 Chat messages/month". You App Sumo states "tokens", not chats. So I asked your AI bot and it says that chats can be "100 - 200 tokens per chat"... that means you could only get say 15 to 35 chats for 3,500 tokens!!?? I am guessing that I may have used up my tokens just using the "Test" mode... Does the testing use tokens? How do you know your token balance?

Sorry about that mixup. The "up to" messaging is trying to indicate that tokens can be consumed in many different ways. For the simplest example, a message (request or response) will take 1 token. Unless its an extremely large response (pages) which isn't usually the case. What we see on average is that chatbots take about 7 messages (request/response) to deliver a solution. So you can consider a thead 7 tokens.
Tooling also uses tokens but it all depends on the tool you are using, RAG / API calls, Text to speech, Image creations ...etc pricing for the tools are located in the platform as well. The most expensive tool is 15 tokens and thats is you are creating something like a custom PDF quote through the chatbot.
The balance of your tokens are always visible in the side menu. And you get an alert when it dips under 500 token.

Thanks! I am using it now, and you are right, it is just nibbling through tokens, not big chunks. My client has a lot of people using this for questions in the ecomm cbd market and I am not sure if he will use 800 in a month. I feel much more comfortable now.
