Noem.ai doesn’t have a pre-built Zapier app (its on the roadmap), but you can connect it using our API call builder in 3 simple steps. If your Zapier workflows support incoming webhooks or API steps, you can send or receive data from Noem without issue.

2. Monday CRM
Same for Monday, since it offers a REST API, you can connect to it directly using our no-code API builder. This allows you to send leads, create items, or update your CRM as needed.

3. Comparison with Intercom
Intercom is strong on live chat and email flows. Noem.ai is built to reduce support volume up front, then escalate when needed. Here's how we compare:

Do you support incoming email as a channel for support and ticketing ?

Noem.ai is not designed for email broadcasts like a dedicated email marketing tool, but you can trigger outbound emails based on chatbot events, lead capture, or specific user actions using our API call builder or by connecting to tools like SendGrid or Mailchimp.

As for incoming email support, this can be done via webhooks. The roadmap includes a more turnkey solution for emails in the future.
