I was very excited to try Noem.ai License Tier 3 based on the AppSumo ad, which promised features like automatic posting to Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and more. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered that this functionality was not available on this deal.
The platform itself has some strengths for example, building an AI agent was relatively easy, and I did find one agent particularly helpful for contractual work. However, I ran into several major issues that made using the platform frustrating and inefficient:
Credits were consumed far too quickly with no way to cap usage, making it difficult to manage for small business or membership site purposes.
Despite specifying “no images and no external links,” every blog draft included both. Image alignment was difficult, and video creation tools were not user-friendly or effective.
Agents repeatedly asked the same questions, often double- or triple-checking instructions to the point of frustration. They sometimes over complicated simple tasks, which would not happen in a normal office workflow.
Many links (Google, internal downloads, emails, and third-party services like WeTransfer) failed repeatedly. Multiple attempts with two different agents still did not resolve these issues.
After several days and almost 6,000 credits spent, I was mentally exhausted and still did not get the outputs I originally requested.
In short, while I love the concept and see potential for certain niche applications, the platform in its current state is not cost-effective or reliable for my current workflow content creation or assistant AI coaching on my member sites. I would definitely benefit from the legal or contractual agent support to help dot the “i’s” and cross the “T’s” as I found this a great asset.
I want to give the platform 5 Tacos but removed one, only for my user experience over the last four days. Great concept and lovely lay out... I am hoping my experience is just a glitch on my account. Going forward I think the platform has lots of potential to grow into a really useful marketing tool.

My time with noem ai has been great. My go to now is the blogs it provides. With the source and well written work for my company. Straight bragging rights to have this.

I have been eyeing products similar to Noem.ai for quite a while now. It wasn't until I watched a demo by Yifat on The Digital Growth Hacks Club with Jenny Jones that I realized how awesome Noem could work for me. I was able to set Noem up and train it on my website with relative ease. I had a slight issue with the button on my website conflicting with the Noem agent, so I scheduled an online meeting with Yifat. Unfortunately, on the day and time of my meeting, a transformer across the street exploded, and I ended up rescheduling the call. When I did have the call, Yifat walked me through everything in Noem. We spoke for almost an hour. I haven't even scratched the surface of what Noem can do for me, but I love that it can talk to visitors of my website while I am at work or sleeping. To be honest with you, I also appreciate that Yifat is a straight shooter who tells it like it is. I highly recommend Noem.ai. I have created Tool Stack analyzers in all of my LLMs, and they all give me the same feedback when analyzing my tools - Noem.ai is one of the most valuable tools in my stack. Get it while you can!

I have been very skeptic so far of chatbot tools and not really spend much time on them, but noem.ai really made me turn around and invest!

The core function clearly is the chatbot creation, at the same time, it´s not just about service bots. You can train and customize the chatbot on any specific topic you like. Make sure to catch leads for your own business, provide support bots for your customers or make them write regular blog posts on pre-defined topics and timings.

If you´ve created custom agents in ChatGPT or any other tool, you´ll be familiar with the process. At the same the distinguishing part is, that it keeps itself up to date and the eas of setup! All you need to do is add an URL and it learns on its own everything there is to know. And if you´re a webshop you can just link your product feed, so that it gets all product data.

The bot functionality is based on a token-system, so you pay per answered request. At the same time, they keep reducing the prices and it´s really close to nothing. Depending on the planned traffic and average request number, you can easily calculate the required tokens and top-up "on the go".

I am really surprised of the neat, clean and easy to follow UI of noem. It´s not my first tool on Appsumo and you can see they really invested time and effort in order to make sure it´s all clear and self-explaining. "No code" followed by "no questions"!

And finally, I do have to point out the great support you get, from the founder herself! They have setup a whatsapp group, that I joined and after a couple of questions, I was right away offered a spontaneous Zoom call, where Yifat walked me through the multitued of her invention and really spend time and not only showing me around but actually understanding my business and explaining, how her tool supports it! Thanks a lot for that!

So I for sure will keep testing and the roadmap looks really promising, considering it workes well with Shopify and Wordpress, you already cover a lot of ground! And there´s more to come, so I´m really excited for that.

Noem is a forward-thinking tool, offering a bundle of opportunities, it´s really fun and especially promising for the future to come!

I recently purchased this chatbot software and while it’s still early days, I can already see a lot of potential. I’ve not had the chance to explore every feature yet, but so far it’s been smooth and easy to get started.

What really stands out is the support. The owner and support team are extremely responsive, both on email and in the WhatsApp group. Quick, helpful replies make a huge difference when investing in software like this, and it gives me confidence in the product’s future.

Overall, I’m impressed and excited to see how it develops as I continue to use it.
