I purchased your software before and it was excellent, but my son accidentally pressed refund, and now when I try to purchase it again, I find that I cannot complete the purchase. Could you help me resolve this issue?

I genuinely wanted this to work. The concept is strong, and the idea behind the product makes sense. On the surface, it looks promising.

However, after testing it in a real WordPress + Elementor environment, I ran into multiple issues that make it difficult to recommend at this stage.

First, the plugin caused frontend conflicts that took me nearly three hours to diagnose and fix. That’s not a minor inconvenience, that’s production risk. After spending that much time resolving issues introduced by the plugin, I’m not interested in reinstalling and testing again.

Second, the chatbot panel is not properly responsive. On mobile view, the layout breaks and the UI doesn’t adapt correctly. I provided screenshots showing this behavior. A chatbot in 2026 must be mobile-safe by default.

The bigger technical issue is how the script initializes.

The chatbot script initializes unconditionally and assumes a standard frontend DOM. When injected into a WordPress page builder template (e.g., Elementor), it also executes inside the editor iframe. The DOM structure and scroll context inside Elementor’s editor are different from the live frontend.

The script:
• Calls APIs like getComputedStyle
• Attaches global listeners
• Assumes elements exist without validation
• Does not detect environment context

As a result, it triggers runtime errors and interferes with layout rendering inside the builder.

There is no environment detection (frontend-only initialization) and no defensive DOM checks to prevent execution inside builders, admin views, or iframe contexts. That’s basic plugin hygiene for WordPress.

Additionally:
• Customer support response time has been slow
• No native human takeover functionality
• Requires third-party tools (e.g., Zapier) for human escalation
• Over-reliance on external integrations for core features

For a chatbot tool, native human handoff should not require external automation middleware.

I’m giving this 3 tacos because the core idea has potential. But in its current state, it feels early-stage and not production-hardened.

If the team improves environment detection, adds defensive scripting, fixes responsiveness, speeds up support, and builds native human takeover, this could become a strong tool.

Right now, it requires too much troubleshooting to feel reliable.

What I love most about Noem AI is how personalized it makes customer interactions. Thanks to coding changes implemented by the app owners, the bot can now capture parameters passed through the URL—like name, email, and phone number. Instead of starting with generic responses, the bot knows who it’s talking to right away, which has taken our customer experience to another level.

On top of that, it helps us qualify leads automatically, onboard new clients, and generate assets instantly—whether it’s faceless videos, images, or presentation decks. And the fact that it connects so easily with platforms like Shopify, WhatsApp, and WordPress makes it incredibly versatile.

I was very excited to try Noem.ai License Tier 3 based on the AppSumo ad, which promised features like automatic posting to Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and more. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered that this functionality was not available on this deal.
The platform itself has some strengths for example, building an AI agent was relatively easy, and I did find one agent particularly helpful for contractual work. However, I ran into several major issues that made using the platform frustrating and inefficient:
Credits were consumed far too quickly with no way to cap usage, making it difficult to manage for small business or membership site purposes.
Despite specifying “no images and no external links,” every blog draft included both. Image alignment was difficult, and video creation tools were not user-friendly or effective.
Agents repeatedly asked the same questions, often double- or triple-checking instructions to the point of frustration. They sometimes over complicated simple tasks, which would not happen in a normal office workflow.
Many links (Google, internal downloads, emails, and third-party services like WeTransfer) failed repeatedly. Multiple attempts with two different agents still did not resolve these issues.
After several days and almost 6,000 credits spent, I was mentally exhausted and still did not get the outputs I originally requested.
In short, while I love the concept and see potential for certain niche applications, the platform in its current state is not cost-effective or reliable for my current workflow content creation or assistant AI coaching on my member sites. I would definitely benefit from the legal or contractual agent support to help dot the “i’s” and cross the “T’s” as I found this a great asset.
I want to give the platform 5 Tacos but removed one, only for my user experience over the last four days. Great concept and lovely lay out... I am hoping my experience is just a glitch on my account. Going forward I think the platform has lots of potential to grow into a really useful marketing tool.

My time with noem ai has been great. My go to now is the blogs it provides. With the source and well written work for my company. Straight bragging rights to have this.
