I have been very skeptic so far of chatbot tools and not really spend much time on them, but noem.ai really made me turn around and invest!

The core function clearly is the chatbot creation, at the same time, it´s not just about service bots. You can train and customize the chatbot on any specific topic you like. Make sure to catch leads for your own business, provide support bots for your customers or make them write regular blog posts on pre-defined topics and timings.

If you´ve created custom agents in ChatGPT or any other tool, you´ll be familiar with the process. At the same the distinguishing part is, that it keeps itself up to date and the eas of setup! All you need to do is add an URL and it learns on its own everything there is to know. And if you´re a webshop you can just link your product feed, so that it gets all product data.

The bot functionality is based on a token-system, so you pay per answered request. At the same time, they keep reducing the prices and it´s really close to nothing. Depending on the planned traffic and average request number, you can easily calculate the required tokens and top-up "on the go".

I am really surprised of the neat, clean and easy to follow UI of noem. It´s not my first tool on Appsumo and you can see they really invested time and effort in order to make sure it´s all clear and self-explaining. "No code" followed by "no questions"!

And finally, I do have to point out the great support you get, from the founder herself! They have setup a whatsapp group, that I joined and after a couple of questions, I was right away offered a spontaneous Zoom call, where Yifat walked me through the multitued of her invention and really spend time and not only showing me around but actually understanding my business and explaining, how her tool supports it! Thanks a lot for that!

So I for sure will keep testing and the roadmap looks really promising, considering it workes well with Shopify and Wordpress, you already cover a lot of ground! And there´s more to come, so I´m really excited for that.

Noem is a forward-thinking tool, offering a bundle of opportunities, it´s really fun and especially promising for the future to come!
