What I liked:
AI Agents: Noem.ai offers the flexibility to utilize pre-trained AI agents or create fully customized chatbots and agents tailored to specific needs. The pre-trained agents include a blog writer, general-purpose chatbot, AI image creator, PowerPoint/handout creator, ad generator, and YouTube content creator. During testing, most agents performed well in delivering results aligned with its intended purpose. Notably, I was particularly impressed with "Frank," the Ads Creative Agent. This agent allowed me to produce high-quality, engaging short video ads in a matter of a few minutes, streamlining what would otherwise be a time-consuming process. In fact, I would say it is as good as some dedicated platforms for this purpose.

Chatbot functionality: Noem.ai’s chatbot creation tools are versatile, accommodating a variety of use cases such as customer support, lead generation, and more. The platform provides pre-designed templates tailored for functions like customer service, sales development, virtual coaching, and Shopify-based operations. These templates are highly customizable to suit specific requirements. Additionally, the platform supports functionalities including email automation, API calling, browser event triggers, and integrations with tools like Zendesk and Shopify.

For chatbot training purposes, users can upload documents or train the chatbot on a specific website, allowing for accurate and context-relevant responses to customer inquiries. Chatbot deployment options include WordPress (via plugin), Wix, Squarespace, Noem-hosted pages, WhatsApp, Slack, Shopify, Twilio SMS, and Google Tag Manager. This level of integration ensures users have the flexibility to reach their audience through their preferred channels, making Noem.ai’s chatbots a potentially useful tool for smaller businesses.

Improvements to Noem.ai made since my initial test:
I initially evaluated Noem.ai on June 17th, 2025. As of August 1st, 2025, I did not notice any updates, fixes, or enhancements to the platform within this timeframe. However, it is worth noting that during my initial testing, I only encountered one notable issue with one of the pre-trained AI Agents.

What has room for improvement:
While I found Noem.ai to be a valuable addition to my personal workflow, particularly through its pre-trained agents and the ability to build customized agents, there are a few key areas where the platform could improve.
One notable issue is the pre-trained agent "Palila," designed to create PowerPoint presentations and handouts, which did not function during my initial testing and remains unresolved.
Additionally, while the chatbot functionality is effective for basic applications, it falls short when compared to more specialized chatbot-building platforms. For instance, the analytics tools provided for the chatbots are somewhat limited when compared to competing solutions. More robust data capture and analysis capabilities would better support users in identifying what works well and areas requiring refinement. I also missed the ability to create advanced flows for chat conversations that many other platforms provide.
In terms of integrations, while current options such as Shopify and Zendesk are useful, there is a noticeable lack of CRM functionality within Noem.ai. Expanding integrations to include automation platforms would further increase the system’s flexibility and appeal, enabling users to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.

Final Thoughts:
Overall, I find Noem.ai to be a valuable tool, particularly for leveraging its AI Agents to streamline my personal workflow. These agents are also well-suited for collaboration within teams, making the platform a strong candidate for users seeking to enhance productivity in group settings. If these capabilities align with your needs, Noem.ai is worth considering as an investment.
That said, while the chatbot functionality performs adequately for basic use cases, it may fall short for users seeking more advanced features, such as customizable flow creation or sophisticated chatbot-building capabilities. Sumolings with these requirements may find the platform less appealing in this regard.
As someone experienced with various dedicated chatbot platforms, I found Noem.ai’s pre-trained agents to be exceptional time-saving tools for my individual workflow. Based on these strengths, I personally opted for a Tier 3 purchase, as the pre-trained agent features alone justified the investment for my use case.
