Misrepresented

Before the purchase, I chatted with the A.I. bot of Noem. AI. to verify whether I will be able to use Noem.AI for outbound calls. A.I. confirmed that I will be without using any external platforms. There is no option available for setting up outbound calling in Noem.AI. I followed all instructions from support A.I. after the purchase. Then, I requested customer service. Support A.I. attempted to create a support ticket, but it failed multiple times as well. This has not been a good experience. Noem.AI is worthless, not functional, misrepresented, with no customer support. I would not recommend it.

I frequently buy different software and products from App Summo. I never had any problem with products and software from AppSummo and never wrote a good or bad opinion. This is my first one. I am very disappointed with Noem.AI. I requested them and AppSummo for a full refund as AppSummo promised of 60-Days no question asked refund.
