Domain-Specific Links: Supporting custom domain links in texts, videos, and emails is essential for enhancing professionalism and building trust with my clients.
Back Office Functionalities:
Document Integration and Sources: The ability to incorporate various documents and sources, such as files, texts, websites, and FAQs, for training would assist my clients in creating tailored content experiences.
Team URL for Testing: A specific URL that allows both my clients and support staff to test features would be a key element for customer acquisition and retention.
Customization of Profile and Chat Pictures: The option to upload personalized profile and chat pictures contributes to establishing a recognizable brand identity.
