Lots of bugs and Issues
Do you have any plan to improve the pdf chart quality?
1. It seems the graphics in charts are not only small and close to one another but Definitely need to be enlarged and edited with more in deals by developers. Here’s a sample of a pdf report that I got honestly it looks very basic and no way we can't present it to any client.
2. The second issue is that every time trying to add some keyword and create a report your website frees. not once but multiple times, and I tried in 2 different browsers.
3. PDF randomly doesn't work, "The Whitelabel" doesn't work at all.
I don't understand why you are active since 2010, and why your website and service look like it is in the beta phase.
4. Definitely customer service also needs drastic improvement, I see no trained people on live chat!
✅ I will wait for 60 days if I see improvements then I will go with Tire 5.
Just keep in mind as Appsume customers, we are digital marketers and enterpronours, some of us are for more than 20 years in the industry, and we will look only at solid products that work and can help us to improve our day-to-day business processes.
✅Developers are essential in the development of any software.

First of all thank you so much for trying out our product and give us much needed constructive feedbacks :).
However we do need to clarify some things so we can properly follow-up on this :
1. Noted on the report quality and we will put it in one of our priority in our roadmap to focus on. We do want you to be confident in presenting it to your clients :)
2. Can you tell us more what happen when the website freeze? Is it crashing or the website simply not doing anything? We have thoroughly tested this part and need more elaboration to follow-up
3. On white-label reports, we acknowledge an issue about the logo is not properly shown. Aside from that, can you clarify what "randomly doesn't work" means? does the PDF download not happening? maybe the download get blocked from the browser?
