Hi, I’m planning to purchase the Tier 2 (50 rooms) plan for running multiple concurrent training sessions. I just need clarification on a few operational points:
1. Concurrent Room Usage
Does “50 rooms” mean I can run 50 sessions at the same time, each in a separate room?
Are there any limits on simultaneous active rooms?
2. Hosts / Interviewers
Can I assign unlimited users as hosts?
Can multiple hosts run separate rooms simultaneously?
3. Screen Sharing
Does the screen sharing allow:
Full screen?
Single application window?
Browser tab only?
Any bandwidth or resolution limitations?
4. Session Recording
Is session recording currently available?
If not:
When is the expected release date?
Will recording include:
Audio + video
Screen share
Chat logs
Multiple speakers?
Will recording be included in Tier 2 or require an additional add-on?

1. Concurrent Room Usage
Yes, with Tier 2 (50 rooms) you can host up to 50 concurrent active rooms at the same time. Each room runs as a separate live session, powered by LiveKit infrastructure. There’s no artificial limit on simultaneous activity — your main constraint will only be your team’s bandwidth and concurrent participant volume per room (which is quite high).
2. Hosts / Interviewers
As of now we only have 1 Host option. As the Appsumo license holder, you are the only Host for your account. But that is not the end, we are adding multi-hosting feature. (add-on)
3. Screen Sharing
We currently support full screen, single window, and browser tab sharing. It adapts automatically to user bandwidth, maintaining a smooth experience. Resolution scales dynamically (up to HD) depending on network quality and participant count.
4. Session Recording
Recording is in final testing and will be rolled out by late December 2025 or month of January 2026.
It will include:
Audio + Video from all participants (tough)
Screen share
Chat logs
Multi-speaker compositing (grid or active-speaker view)
Recordings will be stored securely in your Nonilion workspace and downloadable in MP4 or text transcript formats. (Add-on), and user's own Google Drive or One Drive storage.
Recording will be included for Tier 2 and higher — no add-on required.
