We spent some time with the product which reminded us to Gather workspaces, but not as close to the perfection and detail there.

We had several basic accounts-related problems.

First the base setup didn't work: We received a "This AppSumo license is already linked to another account. Please contact support." error message and had to contact support 😐
The problem was solved after 68 minutes (first response after 45 minutes) which we consider fast 🙂

However, after setting up rooms and invited people with a link as per the documentation, all invited persons who followed the link got an error message "account does not exist" when trying to connect and had no chance to proceed. The problem basically might be just UX related (i.e. first one has to register and then can be invited), but in our opinion the flow (and the app) has not been thought through and needs major overhauls to compete with tools like Gather.

We refunded and think this product isn't ready yet at all.
