Q: Costs for extra time
Hi there - just wondering what the costs are if we need extra time limits/minutes in a given month rather than running out of time and waiting for the next month. Thx.

Absolutely, if you run out of minutes, you can add extra capacity anytime.
An additional 200 minutes costs $12. You can buy it just for that month, set it up for future months as well, and you can purchase multiple 200-minute packs if needed.

Are they minutes we can use over time or do they expire each month?

They are monthly minutes, so they are valid for that month only and do not carry over to the next one.
