Q: Inquiry regarding Stella’s entry automation and real-time notifications

Hi,
1. Guest-side Entry Authorization
Currently, meeting hosts must manually "admit" the Stella bot. When our team joins client-hosted meetings as guests, asking the client to admit a bot can be awkward. Is there a way for the invited guest to authorize the bot's entry? If not, is this feature on your roadmap?

2. Real-time Coaching via Webhooks/Slack
Is it possible to receive real-time coaching tips via Webhooks (e.g., sent to Slack)? We would like to receive these "one-point" insights through external apps to avoid keeping the Nonverbia dashboard open during live calls.

3. Bot Visibility & Custom Naming
How does the bot appear to other participants? We want to know if it is explicitly labeled as a "bot." Also, can we customize the display name (e.g., to "Assistant" or "Secretary") to make its presence feel more natural to our clients?

A: Hi,

Thanks for the thoughtful questions.

1. In guest-hosted meetings, Stella usually still depends on the meeting host’s settings and admission flow, so the invited guest typically cannot authorize the bot entry on their own. We know this can be awkward in some client situations, and it is definitely an important point for us.

2. Real-time coaching via Webhooks or Slack is not available today. Our core product today is post-call, and real-time coaching is something we are actively building. Webhooks can help with workflows around the analysis, but not yet as live in-call coaching tips.

3. Stella appears visibly in the meeting participant list. It is not hidden. Custom naming is possible, but it would require additional customization on our side. If that is important for your setup, feel free to reach out to me directly and I’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

Best,
David
