Hi there, Seems like a promising product; I was wondering the following:
- When comparing Tier 1 vs Tier 2, "AI sales scores" and "Deal winning" are generic vs tailored. Could you further elaborate on that? Any examples?
- Dutch language is supported?
- What does tailored sales context mean?
- What happens if you meet the monthly minutes limit (eg. 300 min in Tier 1)?
- Do I have to actively add Stella as a member in Teams? Or can it also automatically track from the background?
- Can Stella handle a meeting with several persons in the room but just one Teams account (and thus one camera)? Can Stella accurately analyze and correctly transcribe the different persons?
- GDPR compliance: does this mean all data from and to your LLM are routed through the EU? EU AI act? We can sign a DPA?
- Webhook integration (for self hosted TwentyCRM)?

- Tier 1 gives generic out-of-the-box sales scores and next steps. Tier 2+ lets you tailor them to your own process, you provide the context.
- Yes, Dutch is supported.
- Tailored sales context means Stella can evaluate calls based on your own workflow, terminology, and priorities.
- Once monthly minutes are used, Stella will stop analyzing new meetings until you upgrade or add more minutes.
- Stella can join Teams meetings automatically once connected.
- Stella supports up to 32 participants, it can recognize really well, thanks to analysis of the video (image) we are on top for speaker diarization.
- Yes. Nonverbia is GDPR compliant, aligned with the EU AI Act, and routed within the EU.
- Basic webhook integration is coming — we are actively working on it.

Hi David, Thanks for the prompt response. 1.Do I understand correctly that Stella will be visually present in the meeting for other attendees? 2. You mentioned 32 participants.. But I assume that is 32 separate people with separate Teams accounts right? So it cannot handle let's say a team of 4 people using 1 Teams account with 1 camera/mic? When is that expected to be added?3.Any ETA on webhooks?
Also, where is the roadmap to be found? Thanks again!

yes - Stella is visible in the meeting.
And you are right: if 4 people join through 1 Teams account with 1 camera/mic, Stella sees that as one input first. You separate manually, but separate joins give the best accuracy.
Webhook ETA is next week.
We do not have a public roadmap, but webhooks come first, then improvements on platform, we ask the feedback from users and then build
