Apr 22, 2026A: Hi Matt, great question, quick clarification: our webhooks work the other way around. They push Nonverbia's analysis results (summaries, action items, buying signals, deal risks, Stella Skills outputs, etc.) out to your other tools, CRM, Slack, email, or anything you can connect via Make/Zapier.
For input, Nonverbia ingests live video calls directly from Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, Stella joins the call, records, transcribes, and then runs the full analysis (body language, tone, engagement, coaching insights). So you don't need to push recordings or transcripts in manually, just connect your calendar and we handle it from there. Or you can upload recordings manually.

Thanks for the clarification. My use case is for phone calls, and this would be awesome for it, but I don’t have time to manually upload these for all of my clients. Therefore, I was interested in seeing if this could be done with an automation. Thank you!
