I honestly didn't have high hopes and just wanted to test the product out, but it's really awesome. I've used it on several strategy and inquiry calls and I've found the feedback really helpful on improving my delivery. I tend to get too technical with clients sometimes and this helps me see where I can improve. Definitely give it a try!

Thank you, Courtney, really appreciate this.
This is exactly the kind of feedback we love to hear. A lot of people come in curious, but once they try it on real calls, they start seeing things they normally miss in the moment.
Also very true on getting too technical that is one of the big patterns Nonverbia helps uncover. And with Stella Skills, you can tailor the analysis even more to your...
Full discloser: I originally purchased Tier 1, then refunded, then purchased Tier 4. Details below.
The reason was not the product quality. In fact, the onboarding was one of the smoothest I have experienced on AppSumo. I connected my calendar, and I was up and running very quickly.
What also stood out was the AI training and skill setup. I configured specific skills around sales conversations, objection handling, and closing, and the feedback was actually tailored to what I asked for. That level of specificity is not common. In my experience, it is something you usually see in more premium tools, so having it included here is a big plus.
The reason I refunded initially was a mismatch in vision around Zapier integration. For me, Zapier is a core part of how I run my business, and I did not align with the original approach. I shared that feedback very clearly with David, and what impressed me was not just that he replied, but that he actually listened.
After that discussion, he made the decision to move forward with webhook support, and that changed everything for me. The gap wasn't about price. It was about vision and strategy. Once we were aligned on that, I had no issue repurchasing, and I ended up buying the highest tier because I wanted to support the company.
That is why this is a 5-star review from me.
The product is strong, the onboarding is smooth, the AI feedback is genuinely useful, and most importantly, there is a real person behind it who listens to users and takes action.
One feature I would still love to see is automatic routing of calls into folders within the same project, but that is a product improvement request, not a rating issue.

Hi TeamGenius,
Thank you very much for this thoughtful review and for the honest feedback along the way.
What I appreciate most is that your original refund was not about product quality, but about a real workflow need. That kind of direct feedback is incredibly valuable, and it genuinely helped shape our direction.

One of the hardest things to get—whether from people or AI, is genuine, honest feedback. Most tools tend to lean towards being overly positive, sometimes to the point where the feedback loses its usefulness.
That’s where Nonverbia stands out.
What I’ve found particularly valuable is the ability to tailor the feedback around specific skills you want to improve. You’re not just receiving generic insights, you’re guiding the system to focus on what actually matters to you, whether that’s tone, delivery, engagement, or presence.
Although Nonverbia is primarily designed for analysing sales calls, I’ve discovered with the help of the founder David, it’s equally powerful for reviewing YouTube presentations. It gives you a different lens on how you come across—helping you refine authenticity, energy, and connection with your audience.
It’s a flexible, practical tool that goes beyond its original use case. If you’re serious about improving how you communicate on camera or sales conversations, it’s well worth exploring.
Highly recommended.

A very cool tool
Did a short set up review about this (and have another one coming up)
Part1
https://youtu.be/Xcjd-HH-v3k
Part 2
https://youtu.be/nlrcTnGvYpI (analysing a sales call)
I like it as it helps focus on what I did right (and wrong!)
If you are doing sales calls, discovery calls or any type of call to be honest, this tool can spot things that you would never spot yourself.
As I use this more I will create new videos.
Grab this one!

Edited Mar 17, 2026Hi Richard,
thank you so much for the review and for taking the time to create both videos - really appreciate it.
Glad to hear Nonverbia helped you spot things in your calls that are easy to miss on your own. That is exactly the value we want to bring.
For anyone exploring the tool, most insights such as summaries, coaching tips, and call analysis are available directly after a meeting is...
