Q: Hey there, so I have a few agency specific questions: 1.

Instead of enrolling people onto a free trial plan, are we also able to get them straight into a paid subscription with our agency discount (should we choose to use it)? Ie- just send them a link to a sign up page that they then need to pay and set up etc (no mention of free plan).

2. I understand you are removing some branding from the platform for agency members (which is great!) - can you see your whitelabel offerings extending into CNAME and full whitelabelling in the future? - or are you more set on establishing agency relationships more as partners instead of 'white label franchises'

3. The 25% off plans leaves little margin if agencies were to attempt to match your pricing in the market place. It almost feels like more of an affiliate model in this sense (even though I know agencies can charge more, but I am sure you understand what I mean). With that being said, would you consider including X number of shops (at say the growth plan) and then perhaps introduce the ability to pay a monthly fee to add more stores under our agency or even reintroduce the 25% discount off the plans? - This would be a lot more appealing for agencies as we can get full profit on the X amount of stores per month. To give a bit more insight into other platforms I have been involved with from appsumo, many sumolings are in fact happy to pay x amount per month for this kind of arrangement (at a white label -agency level) - especially as we understand LTD are not often sustainable, and would be open to pay monthly in some cases to further support the business.

4. To give an example to question 3 that I personally would be open to that I think would be a win for you as well - is offer tier 3 the ability to have agency features (like you already have) - then offer appsumolings on the tier 3 plan to pay say $99 per month for say an 6-10 additional growth plan stores + 25% discount on the higher plans. Also provide option for agencies to continually stack another x amount of growth stores per month at $99 or x - meanwhile Noodle keeps all of the transaction fees.

Anyway, I wouldn't be asking these questions if you didn't have a great product and was not interested! I just think tweaking a few agency type offers might be something to consider for those of us who are motivated and jump on board early. :-)

A: 1. Yes, soon you will be able to onboard clients directly into paid plans with the discount from your Agency dashboard.

2. We are considering all options at this time and are prioritizing features for agencies that begin to onboard clients & transact using the Noodle platform.

3. Thanks for the feedback! This is not something we're considering at this time, but appreciate your thoughtfulness.

I would recommend getting started with Noodle for your clients, and as specific needs come up, we can discuss them further!
