I spent a few hours experimenting with the software, having only purchased the basic Tier 1 package. It's possible that I didn't access all features due to this. I appreciate the idea behind the tool, but it appears to have a few bugs. For instance, selecting my brand color and logo didn't seem to make any changes. The application also failed to showcase my links and social media handles. As of now, they don't allow users to upload their own CRM but instead offer to handle it for you on their end. It's evident that the team has a clear vision for the product, but in my opinion, they haven't quite reached it yet.

May 9, 2024Thanks for the feedback, Miranda. We've taken your thoughts into consideration and have made a few changes -
1. Brand color - previously, changes made to your brand color took a few minutes to appear on your shop. We've sped that up, so changing your brand color should be quick and reflected almost instantaneously on your shop to customers.
2. Social media links - we've fixed this bug based on your feedback. Adding profile links now works as expected from your account.
3. Changing your logo - this function changes your logo in emails that get sent out to customers from your broadcasts. This can be made more clear!
4. Uploading contacts - adding contacts to your CRM is something that Noodle needs to handle for you for the time being. We're happy to do so, and do this in order to protect you and the members you are important from receiving content or messages that are unwanted. Soon, we will require you to set your email to be the sender email - at which point, you will be able to import your contacts and send emails from your domain.
