I have also emailed in from time to time suggestions and improvements. I have found the developer super polite/professional and easy to deal with. He listens and he is open to suggestions. It obviously helps both the developer and you if you can fully explain your use case and what it is you are trying to achieve or do. It is a win\u002Dwin for both of you.\u000a\u000aThey have come leaps and bounds in that timeframe. I have heard criticisms in some quarters that they hare forever in the \u0027LTD\u0027 loop or taking a long time to get operational. To an extent that is true \u002D but that fact is buffeted against the fact there ARE substantial changes/improvements/additions ongoing aka they have been hard at work executing these changes. Each iteration has been something better, new or improved in terms of performance, features or enhancements.\u000a\u000aThey have obviously had time now to get it where it is. They have been working very hard on this product for a while \u002D that is a good sign in my book. That means they believe in this product. The amount of features to date .....it would take time and expertise to do. It is not something you\u0027d be able to do overnight.\u000a\u000a\u000aI am hopeful for this team. Gazing into the future, I sense their solution sits somewhere between ThriveCart Pro, Odoo, FunnelKit, Shipstation and SureCart ...it is a mixture of this.\u000a\u000aI am hoping they can or will consider at some level some degree of incorporating WMS/Inventory/CRM functionality into their solution. \u000a\u000aI am hoping they can come in at the \u0027Ship Station\u0027 level expertise/professionalism product standing.\u000a\u000aIt is a big ask. It would require some serious headbanging sessions with their top team to figure out how to get from there to here in terms of welding these different system set capabilities into one platform.\u000a\u000aIf they get this right, this product has an amazing potential.\u000a\u000aI watch with interest.

We have built a really great event system that will allow us to incorporate robust invenetory management, integrations with Shipstation and much more! \u000a\u000aWe are now in a place that will allow us to widen our integrations and feature set much easier than what is currently available in the market.
