You say: limits are for call time. Now my main goal would be to have a video clone of me - which has my knowledge and can answer customer questions ... so in other words: They type their question and then the answer comes as video clone explanation from me (my persona).
Question1: Is this possible?
Question 2: What Tier would I need in order to have 1 Video Clone answering questions of customers? Could I try if it fits already with tier 1 and if this works upgrade (or is in tier 1 no video clone possible?
Question 3: If the user just types (and not talkes) will this be considered as a call or not? And if not are there any sort of limits? Thx.
