I am experiencing an activation issue and have contacted the support team via email, Slack channels, and direct messages. Andrea Pinto informed me that he would resolve the issue by May 13, but as of now, nothing has changed.

I cannot imagine what will happen when they stop selling on AppSumo if they treat their customers like this even while they are still selling on the platform.

Could someone assist me with this? I really like the products and want to build something using them.
