Q: Request for Support and BYOK Feature Assistance

I recently purchased a Tier plan through AppSumo and have been exploring the platform. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a support channel where I can ask questions or receive assistance with issues I am encountering.
One of the main problems I am facing is related to the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) feature. According to the AppSumo deal description, this feature should be included in my plan. However, I am currently unable to enter or configure my own API key within the platform.
Could you please help me with the following:
1. Where can I access support for technical questions and issues?
2. How can I enable or configure the BYOK feature on my account?
3. Is there currently a known issue preventing users from adding their own API keys?
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
