1) It's close to Invade, yes. We do have elements of Pictory's AI that we are still working on.

2) We don't limit how many videos you can upload per month per code. You have max 3h (video length) limitation per upload/export per project, but you can upload and export as many projects as you like. You can edit as many videos as you like.
You have your max storage as a limitation depending on your tier.

Video analysis and video subtitling/translation are two different processes and features.
Our Analyser uses computer vision to tag your video for various objects, faces, celebrities, etc. We call it Smart Search.
Whereas our transcriber/translator is only applicable to transcribing text from your video/audio file. It is cheaper, and hence you get more minutes.
