Q: I paid for tier four and I'm not able to access my account and it's not letting me reset the password or get in to the software after I paid.
Please assist me. I'm trying to access my account and I trying to get you people and nobody's answer you are not answering the question in the product and you don't answer and help me to solve the issue from the morning. I'm losing the time and trying to get in to the software that they just purchase.
