I'm really liking this product and believe it will be one of my best purchases for 2023, but here are some areas I hope WeAreNova will take to heart.

- Customer support. I've had a couple chat interactions that are yet to be answered or addressed
- Download speeds are incredibly slow. Hopefully, bandwidth / download speeds will improve over time.
- Transcription accuracy...it's good, but I had one test video where it left me with gaps in the captions.

This product has amazing potential and I hope it does not fall flat on customer support.
