I'm giving this 3 tacos mostly because the customer service has been prompt. My experience has been mixed so far. When it works it is great. it is maybe 95% accurate in generating subtitles, and the translations that we have done have been pretty good, according to native speakers we have tested them with.

That being said, we've run into several bugs that wasted hours of our time. the uploading process is inconsistent, with a relatively high number of the uploads failing even after using google chrome, which they recommend. And a number of our videos have failed in the transcoding process. The biggest bug, however, is that when generating SRT files of the translations to upload to our Teachable classroom, it often doesn't include all of the subtitles in the requisite file. For example, one video had 82 separate subtitles in English, but only 45 were included in the exported SRT files. This has meant going back and trying to figure out where the problem was, then deleting all of these files (we are using 15 languages right now) and trying again. It feels like a potentially great product that should have been tested further before launching. If their customer service / tech teams gets these issues fixed so it works smoothly here on out I'll update this review and add a Taco, but having wasted a number of hours because the software isn't working as advertised leaves me giving at the most 3 tacos right now...
