Not ready for primetime
I was really excited about purchasing and using Nova AI. Unfortunately, I have spent 4 hours with nothing to show for it. Michael was very helpful, and they did fix a bug I found with uploads not showing up, but it seems there are others as well and i can't continue wasting time on a simple video that would take 45 minutes to make in a different software.
It is slow, glitchy, and unintuitive (keyboard shortcuts like undo don't work, and you can't 'apply all' to caption styles, which is crazy).
I'm refunding and going back to a different editor.

Please keep in mind that you're buying a LIFE TIME offer, not a monthly subscription like some of our subscribers. It doesn't work for every use case for now - but we are working on many improvements including the design.
