Can I have multiple/different widgets on the same site (on different web pages of course)? For example, one widget on the sales page....another widget on the account/order page...both on the same www.domain.com.
The intent would be to have different agents (with different) skils assign to widgets...so to provide the best experience.

Thanks for answering...I read the post, and seems it is doable...but just to be clear:
Is it safe to assume that I can have the following scenario (let’s call it Scenario 5 as a follow up to your post): Different widgets to appear on different pages, and each widget assign to a different pool of resources/agents?
And the widgets are unlimited, just limited on the number of agents 3, 6, or 9, depending on the number of deals stacked...correct?
Finally, is each agent capable of defining its own availability even though they belong to the same widget? That is, both agent A and agent B belong to Widget 1, but each could set their own availability independently...is this possible?
