Q: My four most essential questions on behalf of every Sumo-ling!

1. Can we please, please, please rollover the unused call credits to next month?

2. Please share the list of all countries Novacall Supports?

3. In many countries, particularly in India we've DND Services (DoNotDisturb) by Govt of India, so in that case will our clients or users will be able to receive the phonecalls from Novacall?

4. Is there's any discount or offer if we wish to buy some extra phonecall credits?

5. Can we block IP address and phone numbers of miscreants who're simply wasting our call credits?

A: Hello! Great questions

1. Can we please, please, please rollover the unused call credits to next month?

Currently, the credits won't rollover to the next month. However, once we implement the 'top-up' credits feature, extra purchased credits could be rolled over to the next month 🙂

2. Please share the list of all countries Novocall Supports?
Here are the list of all countries we support - it's about 20+ countries for now but we're still adding more to the list:
US: 'USA',

*We received a couple of requests for Philippines already, so we're looking into that. Feel free to request your countries and we'll see what we can do!

Yes, if the clients or users requested the calls from your site, the calls will go through as it's different from an outbound telemarketing call bound by the DND regulations.

4. Is there's any discount or offer if we wish to buy some extra phone call credits?

We're working on a 'top-up' function which allows for purchase of extra call credits per month. Of course, Sumo-lings will get discounts.

5. Can we block IP address and phone numbers of miscreants who're simply wasting our call credits?

Our dev team is working on this as we speak (or comment). I'll keep you guys updated once this new feature is pushed! It won't take long.

Thanks for your question. There's no customer sub-accounts for now. However, a trick would be to create multiple widgets that's installed in your different clients' domains. This allows you to set up and see all details from your clients' widgets.

Here are the reason(s) holding me back from grabbing 3-6 Licences for our Legal Micro Consultation Business by RTIwala Services (now.rti.link):
1. We all wish if there's a must have feature "Call counts after 10 seconds" which is win-win situation for our clients, us and the Novocall.
2. Can we get India or country specific calling number as we're catering to the bottom of pyramid and most often they don't pick calls with ISD numbers.
3. Are you able to provide the call recordings or voice to text transcript for Quality and Monitoring purposes, whatever is easy and under compliance i.e., HIPPA, GDPR and TRAI.

We all want Novocall to be better and superior to it's rivals and predecessors. Period. 🙂🙂

2 - We understand about the international numbers, and we are looking into getting certain countries' numbers. At this moment, I cannot confirm if India is in or not. Let me confirm and update you by this week.

Top ups is a separate issue and a bit of a misnomer, as you are not implying the standard package will roll over only the Top us. I have a seasonal buisness this would work for. In the summer months 1-5 calls a month in the Winter 5-10 calls a day.
The rollover would make sense for me, during the summer roll overs would then carry over into the winter period.

Whether it is 1000mins a month or 50 calls. If it rolls over now i'll buy it now. The Top ups would be good but not as an alternative to the plan rolling over..

Discounts should be mentioned now. Why wait, tell us. Before you know it the deal is over.

As for the IP blocking. “It wont be long” that is vague. Your long is not someone else’s long. Be specific.

Hi RTIwala, I just want to give you and other Sumo-lings a quick update. We have been working hard and we just implemented a new feature that you have requested - Blocking users.

You'll now be able to block users via IP address or via phone numbers. I hope you'll enjoy this new feature. More requests will be coming up and I will share with you guys our definite product roadmap with dates too.

Indeed, that's an amazing update. Though the most desired feature is 10 seconds call count feature which makes sense else all our call credits got wasted if the call got disconnected in between either by client/user or from us due to any reason.

To block the number, I would also suggest you to have country blocking. There will be many local businesses using these services so using this feature, we can simply block countries we don't serve in the pop-up and avoid unnecessary calls.

In my opinion, easiest would be to select countries which we serve and remaining gets deactivated in the popup form.

Three days and no response to the Rollover point I raised.

Will you allow the rollover or not?

If we have are paying for a monthly call credit and we are not using it why would you not allow us to roll it over?!

Hi RTIWala, to answer your question on the 10 second count, we're actually in the process of implementing it. Do give us some time for that amidst all the requests from all sumo-lings . 🙂

>> Yes, we've heard you, and are working on allowing you to assign a limit to the number of calls per domain. This will allow you to limit how many calls each website or client will have, so that one client or website will not eat up all your call credits.

Display country selection drop-down to specific countries
>> Only allowing your visitors to see only your own country or select countries, and hiding other irrelevant countries.

Call counts
>> Call counts only after 10 seconds. Yes, we're working on that.

Top-up function
>> This will allow those who finish your monthly call credits to top up more credits.

Webhooks
>> I understand that many of you wants to integrate Novocall into your sales processes and CRMs we currently have few integrations. We are currently building our webhooks feature so that you'll be able to integrate the callback widget with the rest of your software.

⌛ Timeline:
I cannot give a definite *day* that these above mentioned features will be completed, but my promise to you guys is that it will be completed within 2 weeks' time.

Hi rfidcloaked, my apologies for the silence for the rollover point you raise. Our team was discussing that over the past few days, and we will not be providing the roll-over of credits to next month, as it is a use-per-month basis. Be it monthly subscription, annual subscription or lifetime deal, there will not be a roll-over of unused call leads. To ensure consistent reliability, we refresh call limits every month.

Brazil is not in roadmap? Sad...
