I want to rate it lower but I can't

Being a digital agency owner, we have been so programmed to demand for an agency deal ( that can be used for multiple clients) that we don't want to settle for anything less. :) This tool isn't created with an agency mindset ( till now ) but with Sumoling's input, it may be utilized in such use case as well but I am rating this tool for its current features and goal.

Novocall is a new tool ( and a direct Callpage alternative ) but seemed stable and packed with good features and a highly supportive team. Some of my issues were quickly resolved through intercome chat. Unlike Callpage, they are allowing branding removal with stacking which was previously not available with Callpage as far I remember. It also adds multiple consultants with stacking which makes it attractive for medium size business as well.

Few Questions:

1. Where can I set the global time zone ( GMT+5.30) for my dashboard? What if I have a global team with each consultant living in different time zones. I can see the option to set different working hours for consultants but no option to set a different time zone for them.

2. My company name is "Digitally Upstream" so, it needs 18 characters to properly write it under "SMS configuration". ( http://url.digitallyup.stream/1b16b5298a2f ) Currently, it allows writing only up to 11 characters. I don't see any major point not to increase it for a company like us. :)

3. What is "Free International Calls" that we see under the pricing plan? Is it included if we buy 1 code or only after stacking 3 codes?

4. Have you heard of "Adsoup" ? It's a popular support platform curator tool which was previously featured on AppSumo. I would love to Novocall's integration with Adsoup and Convertforx ( intercom alternative) in future.

5. I see many questions regarding using this for clients after stacking multiple codes, which does make sense since you are allowing multiple sites/widgets. Few basic questions regarding this.

---- A1: Can we assign specific consultants to a specific widget or/and site. So, I may want to post a specific widget on my finance consultant page so that only my financial expert gets a call from this widget not any other. It's important even we want to use for our own company. Can we have this feature in coming days if not now?

...... A2: Under SMS configuration, currently I see just one option to add company. since we allow multiple websites, I want to this setting to be on widget level. Means being able to set up different brand name for SM configuration based on the website on which widget is being used.

...... A3. Ability to display multiple brand name under the call widget. For example, currently, it will show digitallyupsream , no matter what website I am using this widget on.
