No worries at all :) Actually, you can have unlimited projects in all the tiers. We don't oppose any limitation on that since we want you to experiment with different apps and projects 😉

The limitations on the "Build", means when you want to convert one of your projects into the app file that you can take to the store or upload on the web, then you can do that "Deployment" 5 times (Tier1) or 10 times a week (Tier2). But you can have 1000 projects already in your account.
