We check the page here only during the campaign, but since it's over since beginning of December, we encourage all users to post on our communities if they need any help. We also don't have an email with support@nowa.dev. For team@nowa.dev please give us up to 3 working days to get back to you since sometimes we get a volume requests that require some time.
