When I purchased this product on AppSumo, we both agreed to "If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates."
I purchased Tier 3, which was the Premium plan. That should map to your Scale plan; right?
I see you said you can only provide 5 AI credits to your AppSumo buyers. Do you think this is a fair way to treat the people who bought into your product early? Are you prepared to provide refunds to people?
Why doesnt NOWA just offer "Bring your own Key" (BYOK) for the Ai features?..... They say the obvious, which is "AI s expensive", yeah we all know that... So let u bring our own key! Dont force me to upgrade to start paying more for YOUR Ai, NOWA.... Not cool
