Disappointed Tier 3 buyer. Disqualifying behavior on the part of the founders.
Promising at first, with lots of announcements. Ultimately, empty promises, disappointing, and a rip-off. The other comments already say it all.
With my $349, I financed a startup that released a few minor updates up to version 2.0.21 (May 2025) before suddenly jumping to version 3 (August 2025). They removed the original “Premium Plan” (including “Deploy to App Store and Play Store” now in the “Scale Plan” for $49/month) and now I'm at the “Free Plan” level with 5 AI credits/month with my “Tier 3 license.” And no offer for an affordable upgrade.
This behavior disqualifies the founders. That one taco is for my “investment” as an early adopter.

Just to clear things up, the Premium just got renamed to Scale, it wasn't removed. And you weren't downgraded to the free plan. You still have unlimited deployment on all platforms and ability to invite others to the workspace that the free plan doesn't have. All what changed is that we added the AI lately and we opened the code download for free plans, that's it.
Regarding the AI, we started with our most premium and expensive model, which we can't unfortunately offer more credits for people with lifetime deals since that will cause us huge losses. We planning to introduce cheaper models that will be more accessable.
More importantly as we announced, we will add credit packages to all AppSumo deals for free according to the tiers as a thank you for early support, and we are currently making our system able to do this. It should happen in the next few weeks.
I hope I cleared what I see as misunderstanding :)
