Q: Hello ....

interesting product. Can you explain the following on the two tier plan?

Noysi Unlimited - What is this?
Noysi CNAME - Can I have more than one CNAME?
Is it white-label? am I able to brand the platform visually with my logo, etc?

Is there a way to sub-groups within a group? Specifically, if I have a customer with 3 locations and I use Noysi as a support portal so they can communicate with me. Is there a way that each location can have a group so that locations members can chat with each other? Then, can someone at the company headquarters have access to all 3 sub-groups?

A: Two-Tier Plan Details
Noysi Unlimited
Noysi Unlimited refers to the plan that offers unlimited usage within a single team. This includes:

Unlimited Channels and Groups: Create as many channels and groups as needed within one team.
Unlimited Users: Add as many users as required without any limit.
Unlimited Chats, Storage, and Video Calls: There are no restrictions on the number of messages, the amount of storage, or the number of video calls.
Noysi CNAME
Noysi CNAME allows you to customize the domain name used to access Noysi, making it look like it's part of your own company's web infrastructure. Here's more about it:

Multiple CNAMEs: Each CNAME deployment is tied to a single team. If you need multiple CNAMEs for different teams, each team will require its own coupon for CNAME activation.
White-labeling: CNAME is not fully white-labeled but does allow for custom domain deployment. For full white-labeling, including removing all Noysi branding, you need the Enterprise plan.
White-labeling and Branding
Custom Logo and Colors: With the Enterprise plan, you can visually brand the platform with your logo and preferred colors. This includes more extensive customization options.
Standard CNAME Customization: With CNAME, you can customize the domain but may still see some Noysi branding.
Sub-groups within a Group
Noysi does not have a feature specifically called "sub-groups," but you can use private groups to achieve a similar structure. Here’s how:

Create Private Groups for Each Location:

Go to the 'Groups' section.
Create a private group for each location (e.g., Location A, Location B, Location C).
Add the respective location members to each private group.
Create a Headquarters Group:

Create another private group for headquarters.
Add members from the headquarters team.
Managing Access:

Members from the headquarters can be added to all location-specific groups if they need to oversee all communications.
Use group settings to manage permissions and ensure that each group's privacy is maintained.
This setup allows you to have separate communication channels for each location while still enabling centralized oversight from the headquarters.
