Q: Hello, we have some questions and proposals after testing Noysi for a day.
1.- Can I also do the video conferences with my clients by inviting them? Or can I only do the video meeting with internal "Members" of my company?
2.- Can I assign the members of my company to groups, without them having access to the rest of the platform? For security, espionage, harassment, etc, etc, and that these employees can only act within that group, without being able to communicate with other employees who are not expressly assigned to that group?
3.- Can permissions be given so that only employees from different branches can communicate with each other without being able to talk to other people from other branches. That they can only communicate with "fellow" employees and managers of the assigned branch?
4.- We see it as a problem not to be able to separate teams. It would be nice to be able to have different teams within the same Panel. And to be able to assign to each of the teams a Director or Team Leader who can manage the Team Members and the Team Members who can manage the guests. A logical and functional hierarchy.
Level 1: Manager (The Master, can assign teams and/or areas in which all, of all the "Branch" teams can work and act in common). Develop projects among all the "Branch" teams.
Level 2: Director (Manages the assigned "Branch" teams).
Level 3: Member (Manages guests.)
Level 4: Guests (Who are customers, students, temporary visitors,... etc, etc,...)
It is simply for data protection and internal processes of the company.
Also for Privacy of the different branches.
In order not to mix employees and tasks of the branches.
This is what we have missed so far working and testing Noysi.
This is our first evaluation.
We hope you can answer us.
Thank you!
1. We have an open call portal that does not require registration or downloads, but these calls cannot be recorded. meet.noysi.com For internal Noysi Chat calls, you can record but everyone must be registered as a member or guest.
2. In that case, you have to invite them as guests, so they will only have access to the private groups and will not see all members of the organization.
3. That's what we call a Team, that's why Noysi is separated into Teams. Within a Team there are 3 roles, members, who are the ones who see all open channels and other members, guests, who only see the people in the private group where they belong and admins, who are members with administrative capabilities and team configuration.
4. Can you show us a product that has these features to analyze if we can include it in the Roadmap and how long it would take us?
Thank you ;)
