That's an instant no-go for me and any user in China, and frankly any proper business not Google-based.
Do you plan to allow other ways to register?
Is everything else based on Google services?

We do not force you to use Gmail, you can use any email, we only have a login button with Google, but you can create a Team with any email.

In the Redeem instructions is written:
On our partner's site, click "SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE."
And there is no other option to create a team with another e-mail... there is a Log In prompt but it cannot be used for creating a new account.
Now that I created a Team with my Gmail, I cannot change that e-mail anymore to put my professional one.

Then edit the description on the appsumo deal and remove sign-up with Google.
Phew thank goodness. As many universities andd schools cannot use zoom and many are considering what to do with google.
