I have been waiting over 36 hours and it's not working. Reached out to service 12 hours ago.

Would anyone be able to help me out there?

I am sorry, I was too vague. I have been waiting for my cname to be set up. It's been 36 hours and I thought it should take 10 minutes when I read the comment above but it said allow up to 24 hours so I did.

I reached out 12 hours ago and still can't get my cname subdomain login functionality going.

I've done this before and never had such an issue with it. I am concerned that support will be lacking once I am unable to reach out here to you.

I really love Noysi and have begun to show people at work how we can communicate so much easier together and store some important info in channels for later.

Please help. I hope to also secure some assurances about what I should expect if I reach out to Noysi for support. I hope I can still get help once you leave appsumo.

Again, I wanted to let summolings know the truth! Noysi had replied and it was my fault I have been waiting 36 hours.

Wanted to check back in to say I did get the cname set up finally. Took a few days longer than I wished it would have, but I am loving Noysi now.

There's an issue with the Windows Desktop app that borks the file extension when you download a file. I hope they fix that because it makes the windows desktop app unusable.

I love Noysi and I hope they keep building on what they have here.
