Hello, I haven't been able to use Noysi on PC as it shows the domain doesn't exist (I own an account with custom domain), it stopped working two days ago.

Mine stopped working a week ago!! I sent them messages and nothing. I think everyone who is having problems with CNAME should alert appsumo.
We're experiencing the same issue. Today, we checked and found that their main website is down, and neither of their mobile apps are working. We've reached out to them multiple times on WhatsApp, but they haven't provided a solution. It seems like they may have shut down their company.

Same situation here. Just happened without any warning. We can't access Noysi and our whole organization uses it as our main line of communication.
Noysi and AppSumo are in a dispute over payments, with the Noysi team claiming that AppSumo failed to pay them, leading to Noysi shutting down their servers. Now, both companies are caught up in a payment conflict, but the ones truly affected are us—the customers who already paid for the service.
