Customer Service?????

I signed up for this service via a trial on their website. I was offered an upgrade that lets me use my own domain name by adding a Cname, so I went for it. However, I've been waiting for a reply to a query I sent since Saturday night. While it's true that Sunday is not a business day, they claim to offer 24/7 customer service. To my frustration, it took until today to receive a response, and it wasn't at all helpful, so now I'm asking for a refund.

Despite my poor experience originally, I'm giving it another shot thanks to the rave reviews on Noysi, via AppSumo and Youtube, with the hope that its service would be better.
