Pretty Impressive so far - has potential to be an unmatched app!
I just bought and I am still playing around with it, but I wanted to write this review before the AS deal ends in case it helps others.
I bought this to add an internal communications hub for my SaaS in development. I opted to buy one code on AS and the CNAME internally (it was a little cheaper this way).
I like that you can set up a bunch of different private groups (these would be like workspaces or mini "teams" inside of your one "team". I have groups set up for my Development Team, Design Team, Sales Team, Technical Support Team, etc.
Noysi allows me to be able to add as many users as I want, and we can share files within the different groups. I have also integrated my Trello and Github to the "Development Group" to allow changes/etc. to post to the group chat so all can see.
Since Noysi has Desktop and Mobile apps, my users can still use on their devices without necessarily going to a browser tab. This will be especially helpful when (hopefully in the future) my team expands and I will have tech people that can have the app open not disrupting their browsers.
Since it has a built in video chat/etc. I don't have to worry about creating Zoom links/etc. (I haven't tested this feature yet, but I am hopeful it will work well).
The speed of both the apps and browsers seem pretty good - hopefully as I add more users/files/etc. that will stay stable.
-CONS/AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT-
The Calendar feature is the area that seems to need the most work for me. The language is different on the mini calendar (I did report this to support) and there is no option to set Time/Date Format Preferences or even Time Zones (working with team members from different parts of the Globe, this would be very important). Even though there is a Google Calendar Integration, on my first test with this, it states that it would add events from my personal Google Calendar to the Noysi Calendar for others to see - I stopped this integration as I would want the opposite - I am looking for the Noysi Calendar to post its events to my personal Google Calendar. I also wrote support about this so curious on the response.
There is an extra monthly/yearly charge for the Enterprise version once the CNAME version is bought. This adds a lot more customization options. While, as a summoling, I am not in favor of subscription fees, it is something I will get down the line if my own team expands as I would like the extra customization options and would be willing to continue to support the company so they can expand (and currently the price is reasonable for this type of tool).
Others have reported about support being slow to respond. I just put in a couple support messages, but it is too early to say how quick/slow they are in my case.
If you are looking for a team collaboration/communications hub for your business teams this is a great option. I am not sure I would want to use it for clients as it is a bit more of a "technical looking" UI then a "social style" UI.
