Hello, I have bought the tool but although it causes very good feelings, I have to say that the user experience is terrible. Searching for information is arduous and complicated.
This is the second tool of these characteristics that I think I am going to return due to how painful the work process is. I can't spend 2 hours finding out here and there.
There is a lot of information but as the ad says "power without control is not power".
The same thing happens to me as the user NC23.
I work with other tools (Serpstar, Accuranker…) and I think there is a clear difference in favor of these and it is the simplicity of work and the intuition of the platform.
I am sorry to give this score but I think it would not be honest if I gave a higher one.
I think that the platform has a lot of potential, but you have to make it easier for the user when you don't have time.
Anyway, I would have no problem changing the score as someone out there once said "address my concerns".
