One of the most amazing tool I've used as an Entrepreneur
I was able to implement my workflow of product management and context sharing without any sort of issue. Invite my teammates, assign tasks, use their timesheets, everything helped my business improve productivity! Thank you so much for this tool!
nTask has an Agile board to add and move tasks, dates and add tags and details and even risks. The risks can be quantified by its likelihood and severity. Great. Now, you can then view these dates tasks as a Gantt chart. The risks are visible in a risk matrix . Nice. There are more features, but you would be surprised how many others don't have this and how well nTask does it.
Fahad and his Team have been very helpful with all the customization they have done for me. This is a much more affordable and better product. When you get used to it. It's the best and have a lot to offer

Thank you for the appreciation and the review, Kofi.
I didn't get to the fancy options I was excited about, like the Gantt chart, because the basic functions didn't even work for me. Even with a tutorial, it took forever to figure out how to use recurring tasks (which is the keyword, btw; "repeat" doesn't work), and they're very annoying, showing up NEW every time they are due instead of moving. In other words, if you have a task that repeats three times a week, you will end up with 30 visual occurrences of it on your list by the end of 10 weeks. On the to-do list, mind you, not just the calendar view. The check box for completing tasks is hidden until you mouse over it, which of course you won't do because you don't know where it is. And without the checkbox, the recurring tasks don't work. If you mark it Complete with the status bar, it stops recurring. If you leave it not Complete, then it doesn't move the due date to the next time. Tasks appear on the calendar for the date they were CREATED, not the planned or actual START date. I tried experimenting, but it stayed on the created date. I do like the color-coding and customization options, but I need the basics to work first.

Hi there : ) thank you for the review and we would love to help you out! - You can always access Gantt Chart by going into the Projects and click the "3 Lines" with each project. - Recurring tasks functionality allows you to duplicate future tasks, it will create future tasks as per the set frequency as you mentioned. Please contact support so we can guide you how to use it. - Completion checkbox...
I've been using nTask for two weeks now, and I have to say, I'm loving every day with it more and more. Coming from ClickUp and Monday, which are good tools but can be quite pricey, I've been pleasantly surprised by nTask's value proposition.
I'm writing this review from 30,000 feet, on a flight from New York to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and I'm happy to report that I've experienced no latency or speed issues, despite what some previous reviews may have suggested.
One of the things I appreciate most about nTask is its user-friendly dashboard and navigation. It's easy for an individual to manage their tasks, and exceptional when it comes to assigning tasks to teams. The platform has all the basics you need for project management, including dashboards, activity tracking, project goals, and a financial summary. And speaking of the financial summary, the billable and non-billable feature alone is worth the price of the subscription, with its ease of tracking.
Now, the mobile app could use some improvements over time, but the desktop version is stellar in my opinion. I'm thrilled with my purchase on AppSumo, and for the price of 5 large flat whites with oat milk in Midtown Manhattan, the price of the nTask app has already paid for itself.
I'm not a power user, and I don't need a ton of complicated features like ClickUp or Monday, so nTask is perfect for my team and me. It would be nice to see the community grow and more integrations become available, but for now, it works just fine. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with nTask and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and easy-to-use project management tool.
