I have sent an email to support@numerous.ai but haven't received a response yet.
Additionally, in the 'Manage Plan' section of the Numerous extension, it states:
"You purchased a lifetime license from AppSumo to use Numerous. Your token balance will reset to 15,000 tokens on the 28th of every month."
However, the reset counter date doesn't seem to make sense. When I check this section on October 30th, it still shows: "You purchased a lifetime license from AppSumo to use Numerous. Your token balance will reset to 15,000 tokens on the 30th of every month."
Could you please clarify how I can find out the actual reset date for tokens?
Q: I'm having terrible difficulty getting the extension to let me login.
It's installed in excel but the login hasn't worked so it's useless at the moment. I've even tried changing my email from gmail to microsoft and neither process is following through. I've reached out via support ticket 2 different ways. Your help is greatly appreciated.

primary Google account and something related to being signed into multiple Google accounts. I'm not signed into ANY Google account other than the one that I bought the product with which is my main email?
