Q: Does support@numerous.

ai work at all? I asked these questions via email on 2023-09-27 and its now 10 days or more later with no response. Maybe there is an issue with that email for support so can you help at all?

Can you respond to these questions to clarify how these work?
1. Classify. Like we have a need to classify questions in categories but
I have no idea if this "Classify" will handle like 50 or 200 categories or
what it even does really. Is there any more detailed documentation on this.
2. Is there any details on when our credits expire?

*3. Can you let us know more details on what is being submitted to chatgpt with weighting and other parameters. I'm getting less than stellar results through
Numerous AI(input) function tool versus just going directly to the
interface of chatgpt. I"m guessing it's because the weights or tokens are set lower?

Hey @fbell , Did you finally get the response from Numerous Support? I am also waiting for the response from Support. :( I love this tool but doubtful about it's sustainability. There is not a single updates in last 2-3 months.
