Yes, absolutely! You can upload a CSV with custom fields like {{first_name}}, {{landing_page_url}}, {{gif_link}} and use them directly as merge tags in your NuReply sequences. The platform automatically creates custom fields based on your CSV column headers - no need to predefine anything. Just upload your CSV and start using those variables immediately in your campaigns.

Gifs are typically going to negatively impact your inbox placement in general. That’s why if you do see them in a cold campaign its in the "breakup" or the last message in the sequence. NuReply is not actually doing the delivery of the messages, we are triggering them but your email service provider is doing the delivery, we are just reporting back some telemetry that we see.
