Terrible support, Bad Connection and Several Bugs

Hi there. In this video, I will try to demonstrate that, uh, the new reply has several issues. One of them is that, that they are using bad IPs to connect to mail- mailboxes that actually results fatal. So if I go to their, um, let's say log, you'll see that the bad connection. Every time it has a bad connection, even our team and everyone check email server, MX tools and everything. We- we- we recorded the video back and forth from our servers. It's working everything fine. Only the IP that they're using to connect to our mailboxes, these are getting bad connections. And also, if we check the MX record for this, let's say, everything is clean. SMTP, everything is clean, you can see. Now, uh, this is happening with many of the emails- many of the emails. So 82 is disabled, only 22 emails are working. So you see, like, lot of issues with them. If you just try to connect, again, DMARC, SPF, everything is all right, but from there end, we cannot connect. Bad connection. So this is something is happening with them for a long, long, long, long time. Uh, they cannot fix it. We have several credits. Still, uh, (laughs) unfortunately, we cannot use any one of the mails or anything. It just blocked there. So it doesn't make any sense. Uh, their support is terrible. Uh, I'm not sure how they're surviving.

Alim,

I have checked out system and we see over 20 responses to your tickets. The support agent mentioned multiple times that you SMTP / mailbox provider is blocking our pool of IP addresses. We mentioned that this is not a typical response from a provider but it certainly can happen if they detect what essentially looks like "hundreds of accounts" being connected to from a small number of IP addresses. They may detect this as an account that has been exploited (password stolen) and then they will actively try to block these connection attempts. When this happens we provide you with a list of IP addresses and either you need to whitelist these in your control panel or you need to contact you provider to tell them and ask them to remove their blocks.

We have seen this happen when the mailbox provider is not expecting cold prospecting from their systems - your hosting provide https://www.stablehost.com is charging $4.95 per month for up to UNLIMITED mailboxes. Compare this against the $7 per month for a google account - PER ACCOUNT. If you buy cheap, you have to deal with the challenges, mitigations, and anti-spam protections from these providers.

If you fix the provider and use a well known mailbox provider your results will be 100000% better. Our team has mentioned this multiple times.
