+1 for password protected proposal

Founder

No you cannot password protect your proposals. I understand the reasons behind this, but why make it more complicated for your client? They only have to make a mistake with the password for the email back and forth to begin.

None of our proposals are indexed by search engines and only you and your client had a link. We have found this to be more than enough.

I hope this helps

No password protection is insane. No way for business proposals. Even invoices without password protection (Freshbooks) is less of a big deal (i.e. if someone wants to pay an invoice for you, who are you to complain).

Proposals contain proprietary information very often. This is basically illegal.

PS. I have Better Proposals and didn't read anything here to suggest Nusii is an improvement. Thanks to everyone for their contributions. These user reviews are a real help when evaluating deals.

I think for the most sensitive of documents, password protection is still important.

It can be optional but we should at least have the choice.
