Support is very responsive and good. The product isn't ready to replace quick books yet, but I hope it gets there. The two main features that are missing is 1. the ability to link and automatically categorize expenses from bank accounts... from what I understand is coming soon. 2. Report of general ledger/journal that shows detailed audit trail of income and expenses. If the team sticks with it and really focuses on nailing the general accounting basics then this has potential to be a quickbooks killer in the future.
