Q: Is nobody answering any questions here???
Just curious why nobody from the product representatives are answering any questions that seem to be out for several months now :(
AS Team, can you maybe assist? I see it important to get appropriate assistance here as this deal is flagged as not refundable. Unfortuinately not everybody is familiar with how to initiate chargebacks under purchase protections with their credit card issuers would actually waste their money if they find out this is not something that they actually looking to buy or be useful for their use cases!
It's honestly quite concerning that people are asking for support here after their emails being ignored and yet their support ignores the questions here.
So I am putting out my question: Should I have any questions or need assistance how would I be able to reach anyone from the product support team?
