Real leads but needs real work!

Overall, I'm really pumped about Nymblr! I've only tested it for a day, but I've already found several quality leads. I can vouch that these leads have accurate contact info, because many of my current clients' real email addresses and linked in profiles are listed! If only I had Nymblr back then, they could have been my clients sooner!

Nymblr is also WAY better than Leadrocks, because you have many more filters to choose from such as department, skills, and interests. Also, there's no "save search" feature on Leadrocks, so you have to manually check all the filters each time you search. No bueno!

Now here's the bad stuff about Nymblr...

I wish there was an outreach feature like Leadrocks' where you could manage email campaigns, but tbh I don't use gmail or hotmail, so that Leadrocks feature is out for me personally. It would be cool if Nymblr had their own standalone email system with open and response rate reporting, etc.

I wish there was a way to open and save more than one lead at a time. With 1000 credits, opening them one at a time is a pain in the butt. You'd think they would want you to use credits as quickly as possible to make more money. 🤦‍♂️

I wish there a way to show the filters attached to each lead like revenue, team size, etc after unlocking the lead. This would be good to know. All I see after unlocking a lead is contact info.

I wish there was a way to remove or gray out search results that aren't good fits or those I've already inspected, so I don't forget and keep clicking on them later. Physically remembering 1000's of companies is virtually impossible. At least let me bookmark where I've stopped on the list, so I know where to pick back up when reviewing the same list later.

There should be a place to report errors like the wrong website being used. I've came across a few leads where the website is for a different company the lead also works for. For example: It will say the lead's company name is Dunder Mifflin, but when I click on it, it takes me to michael-scott-paper-company.com.

It would be really handy if there was a skip to the last page of search results function. I wanted to start from the back of the list and hit the leads that have probably been contacted less by other marketers.

Lastly, Nymblr doesn't show you the lead's website url until after you've spent a credit. As a web designer, this is frustrating because there is no point in me contacting leads that already have good looking sites. But, I get Nymblr has to make money of course. I just wish there was some solution here.

I hate to only give three tacos, but there's still work to be done on this app! I hope the Nymblr team sees this review, and takes this feedback to heart. Nymblr team: If I'm wrong about any of this, please correct me in a reply!

Ultimately, this is DEFINITELY a deal worth grabbing, even if it's just to wait until they've worked out the kinks!

Hi Devin,

Thanks for your harsh feedback and review!

I wish you would’ve reached out to see if we are working on some of these features before leaving your review.

We do not claim to have email automation (yet) so it’s pretty unreasonable to give us a bad rating because of this.

Our current claim is that we provide high-quality, verified leads which we do quite well.

By the way, Prospect Finder allows you to add up to 100 contacts to a list at once while Audience Builder lets you export as many as your credits allow with a single click.

Hope we can help you get some new clients!

Koko
